She wanted a chocolate bar box with cut-out (window) that matched their chocolate bar flavors and brand. With her trust in Custom Designs Boxes, we knew we had to deliver the best yet food-graded packaging solutions to her. We provided her desired custom boxes for her chocolate bars, so, she shared her experience with us.

We used food-grade cardboard and advanced printing technology to create chocolate bar boxes with cut-out window, various colors, and inside printing with the brand logo and peach color. She demanded to print the flavor of her chocolate bar and branding elements with embossing and gold foiling on the packaging. Our skilled packaging designers worked together to produce each chocolate bar box with cut-out (window), straight tuck-end style, rectangular shape, and foil stamping on the top and sides flaps of each box.

Using cutting-edge die-cutting machinery and tools, we created her boxes with precise dimensions such as 3.6389 in width x 5.5833 in height x 0.7487 in length to give chocolate a snug fit. She was very happy with our end-to-end support and low rates and we look forward to continue partnership with her.
