At Custom Designs Boxes, every order is crafted with precision and tailored to
your unique specifications. Our refund and return policy is intended to guarantee equity,
transparency, and quality control for both parties because our items are completely customized.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
General Policy Overview
Most purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started since our
packaging products are personalized. Custom packaging is made especially for your company and
cannot be recycled or sold again.
However, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are satisfied, and we will be happy to
address any problems resulting from production errors, transportation damage, or manufacturing
flaws.
Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
The following circumstances may qualify you for a refund, replacement, or reprint:
- The item is broken, flawed, or unusable.
- The finished product does not adhere to the approved dimensions, design, or specifications.
- A noticeable printing, finishing, or manufacturing fault is present.
- The order is incorrect due to our mistake
All claims must be submitted with photographic proof for verification within 03 to 07 business
days of delivery.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases
Refunds and returns are not available in the following circumstances:
- Orders made precisely in accordance with the authorized proof or design
- Small color changes between the screen and the print
- Customer-approved errors (such as spelling, layout, and measurements)
- After order confirmation, a change of heart
- Delays brought on by shipping companies or outside variables
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled prior to the start of production.
- Cancellations made after design work has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation is not possible once the artwork has been accepted and manufacturing has
begun.
Proof Approval Responsibility
Before production, a digital proof/mockup is shared for your approval.
By approving the proof, you confirm that:
- All design elements (text, colors, dimensions) are correct
- You accept responsibility for any overlooked errors
We strongly recommend reviewing proofs carefully, as approved designs cannot be altered once
production begins.
Refund Process
If your claim is accepted:
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Depending on your payment source, processing could take five to ten business days.
- We might occasionally provide a store credit or a partial refund.
Reprints & Replacements
Most of the time, when there are flaws or production problems, we would rather provide:
- A complimentary reprint of the order
- A free replacement shipment
This guarantees that you get the right products right away.
Return Process (If Applicable)
If a return is required:
Contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Issue description
- Supporting images/videos
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product (if requested)
Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- The cost of shipping is not refundable.
- Unless we are to blame, the client is responsible for the cost of return postage.
- Shipping costs may be subtracted if a refund is accepted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Verify your bank account once more.
- Speak with your bank or payment provider.
- If the problem continues, get in touch with our support staff.
- Financial organizations may experience processing difficulties.
